The body holds the key to our most authentic, joyous and present self. For our innate gifts to be experienced and shared, the body must know it is safe enough to let go and strong enough to support itself through the expected rigors. I want to help you move directly into a coherent, loving relationship with your body. I spent many years of my dance life placing criticism, judgement and comparison at the forefront of my approach to movement, ultimately limiting my relationship to myself and my body. Trying to have the “ideal body” moved me away from my natural instincts, my own essence, and my ability to make choices that served me. I want to help you move away from the idea of an “ideal” body, and towards an embodied relationship that honors and hones your gifts and capabilities that is true to who you are.

My 1-1 sessions are a beautiful gift to your own body. A way for you to re-align yourself to your center on a physical level, and create new movement patterns that better support you and the other physical movement experiences you want to have.
My sessions are about functionality over perfection. About us working together to find different access points for you. Such as finding the spaces you may be holding excess tension in the body and working to release them, or areas that may need more activation or re-education on what it means to move functionally and well for you!
